I spent  hours yesterday at the main site getting set up and watching videos which clearly explained everything.  I am fairly adept at social networking, but I still feel like I learned quite a bit and discovered some new tools.  It is very user friendly.

I did find that there are options that cost money, but I don’t have a problem with that.  They still deliver on what they promised.

So if you have a chance, check this out.  It is definitely worth your time and a great tool for training your team or people you know who aren’t as techy as you are =)
